Bexhill-on-Sea

Bexhill-on-Sea appears to have kept all the best qualities of English life since the turn of the prior century while handling to avoid almost all of the upsetting influences which have troubled so many other cities.

For the more active, Bexhill has more than its allocated share of facilities, including a really active sailing club, a rowing club, a modern, brilliantly provided leisure centre, an inside pool with flume and wave machine, a condition of the art 10 pin bowling complicated, tennis courts in Egerton Park, outside bowling clubs and an inside bowling pavilion.

If that is not enough, Bexhill-on-Sea boasts a couple of the best golf courses in Sussex. It's the perfect location being only just over one hour away from the Shuttle, the Channel ferry ports and Gatwick airfield, 2 hours from London, and 20 minutes from the superb Eastbourne Quay.
